• Contact & Professional Verification (Optional): We may collect your phone number and clinic legal proof of ownership. This is optional (only for non-subscription users). You can delete this data.
• Profile Picture (Optional): We may collect the URL of your Gmail account profile picture to be displayed in the profile screen only.
• Financial Data (Subscribed Users): We collect financial data and revenue generated by the user. This only applies to subscribed users. You can delete this data.

Some features require access to your device capabilities. This data is processed temporarily and not stored on our servers:

• Geolocation: We use your current geolocation to provide location-based services. This data is ephemeral, not saved, and optional.
• Camera Access: We request camera permissions solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes and scanning identity card MRZ (Machine Readable Zone). This process is performed locally; the data is ephemeral, not saved on our servers, and optional.

4. Third-Party Payment Processing

No Sale of Data: Any and all data collected will not be sold or exported for public view.

When you request account deletion, every piece of data that was collected will be permanently deleted from our systems.
